Plant Return Policy
Can I return a plant I purchased from Get Rootsy?
At this time we are not accepting plant returns.
All plants are final sale items. This includes plants in plastic nursery pots, plants potted in any other container, and air plants. We do, however, guarantee the health of all of our plants for ten (10) days after your order has been received/picked up (Processed Date). If your plant shows signs of disease, pests, or some kind of irrecoverable damage that was not caused during transit, please email photos along with a description of the issue as well as your order details (including your order/receipt number) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a refund in the form of store credit.
All plants are inspected and carefully packed to avoid any issues of any sort prior to transit.
Refunds typically take up to seven (7) business days to complete and post to your account.*
